It’s valid for you to want someone who enjoys parties with you the way you do, but that just dosnt sounds like that who he is so then you getting upset at him for this is unfair as he’s just being himself. Either accept you aren’t compatible in this way or find someone who is. But he hasn’t actually done anything wrong and you’re comparing very different social situations he has like they are the same as the party. Sounds like he’s an introvert and may have social anxiety. That isnt his fault
You don't say where you're located. If you're in the US, just be aware there are states where rapists have been granted parental rights so a paternity test could open you and your wife up to decades more contact with him through co-parenting. Find a good lawyer who can help you look at the realities of the laws on your state.
Your parents are right. It’s very inappropriate that your former teacher entertained any prospect of you getting together. I get being attracted to your teacher, it happens sometimes, but he should have shut it down. But he didn’t and now you’re in a relationship with someone way older than you. You’re not a child but you are still pretty inexperienced in life and will probably regret this relationship later.
Post nut clarity will do you wonders in this scenario.

Why are they getting her a $250 gift? What's the occasion? Does he get you nice gifts?
