I was in a similar situation to you and it was one of the reasons my relationship ended. Couples counseling is usually the path many people take, if she’s receptive to that.
There could be many issues at play here contributing to her sex drive. Does she feel appreciated, beautiful, etc. when she’s with you? Is she overwhelmed or tired from her job/responsibilities? And is it just sex, or has ALL intimacy stopped? Kissing, hugging, hand holding, etc?
Also, if you stop trying to initiate she likely won’t notice or will be relieved if there are deeper issues.
Change is hard but I have no doubt that you will be fine! Just remember to take it day by day, be kind to yourself, and soon you’ll have enough distance to see how bad it was and be determined to never return to that life. Work on loving yourself the most ❤️ This internet stranger is proud of you.
