Does 17 and 22 make a difference? Because that’s what I have now discovered it to be. I personally can’t understand being 22 and interested in a junior in high school. But it could be my own personal experience – I was aggressively pursued by a 21 year old when I was a 16 year-old volunteer at hospital and retrospectively it felt highly predatory so maybe I’m projecting my own experience. But I don’t understand how a 22-year-old could have much in common with someone still in high school.
