I will say, it is obviously very wrong of her to be under the influence while driving – and sounds like she shouldn't be driving period. But also, it didnt seem like you cared until now – that she isn't giving you her share of the $. I understand the dilemma, but idk if this is an attempt at a “wake up” call as much as it is revenge. Like I said, you didn't give a crap the entire time you were together, or when you broke up. But now suddenly you do.
Everything considered – she should be stopped from driving just because she is a risk to innocent people on the road. If that means reporting her, who cares. So many innocent people die from drunk drivers and others under the influence of some sort.
