Absolutely not. Even if your mom was a perfect mother, she would be incredibly cruel and selfish to have one at that age. One of the best parts of reaching adulthood is finally standing equally with your parents and forming a great dynamic with them as adults; they never stop being your parents, but you get to also do friend things like drink or vacation together. But if she got pregnant today, she would be geriatric before the kid even graduated highschool. By the time the kid is an adult and wants to form a healthy bond with her, she would be in her 70s, and not have much time left. That is very cruel and selfish of her in my opinion.
And circling back to the top of my point, she wasn't a perfect mother, far from it. It sounds like at best the kid would have a rocky home life.
