2. Oh no definitely, unfortunately it’s a case for a lot of women working at sea.

   Experienced my fair share of harassment when I first started out in the merchant navy, I still remain hopeful that women in the future won’t have that experience at sea, but it’s highly unlikely.

   If that was ops main concern I’d side with him more but to not want any interactions between crewmates is just unrealistic.

3. This is literally what I do. I live in major city & own a small business downtown. 3 times a year I go to “the mountains” for a long weekend alone at a cabin on the edge of a national forest without cellular service unless I drive to a particular ridge.
