  1. The whole inappropriate nipple jewellery aside, which someone has advised you on perfectly…your boyfriend sounds a choad. Dump him ASAP!

People who accuse their partners of infidelity, using the most tenuous reasons usually are abusive, awful humans.

  2. The boundary is that you won't tolerate it. If he wants to continue dispute you explaining your boundary that's hid choice. But you'll be dumping him.

It's a nuanced difference between a boundary and a rule on someone else sometimes. You can only control your actions, not the actions of others.

  3. Even yesterday, I asked about breakfast (at noon). She said she wants to have xyz but when I said let's go and make it together she made a disgusted face and said “go make for yourself I don't feel like eating” so I had to make for the both of us. What do you make of that (this has happens a thousand times)

  4. I wonder what the police would say… why did they tell you then not give to you? That’s gross of them. I’m so sorry.

  5. Yeah, this would be an “everyone sucks here” situation. No one is innocent, and they're all actively making things worse.

  6. Do people really work out every single facet of their child's life before even considering whether they want to get pregnant?

We divide housework fairly enough — she tends to the bills, appointments, and shopping while I take care of our 3 pets, maintain/fix various technology (computers, network, smart devices), and do minor home repairs. Sometimes I do the shopping, sometimes she takes care of the pets. We share the same values, religious beliefs, and social lives (we don't do much). We both love each other's family, and both families have said they would want to be involved in our child's life including providing regular childcare. I said I'd change diapers and wouldn't get mad if she laughed at me reflexively gagging (and I'd probably laugh too). We both believe in science. We both work from home and I think we could pretty easily take turns monitoring a baby, but I have enough income that she could either quit or work part time. When we were thinking of moving a few years ago, school systems were high up on the list of considerations.

These conversations have happened over the course of years, which is why I've held out hope that she might come around.

  7. He's never cheated before. It's his friend real feminine friend and I had many friends male in the past; he says that he wants to have the same than I did. I never hid my conversations with these friends and all, but he says that it's unfair that I suspect him while I had many male friends in the past

  8. You could move out and live separately until the dog passes? Honestly that seems like what I’d do. I certainly wouldn’t be willing to live with an aggressive dog, even part-time. However this could pose a problem again in the future because it seems the real problem is him not prioritizing you or even believing you when the dog lashes out.

  9. Hon, just because he comes from a nice family doesn't mean he's a nice person. You sound like you are in an abusive relationship. He is emotionally abusing you. You do not deserve this treatment and the things he is saying are not true. You can do better than this nasty little boy.
