This is exactly what would go through must girls minds cause just further insecurities. I always tell people I'm a brutally honest person, if my girlfriend got a nose job and i thought it looked worse after she did and she asked me i will be honest, i will tell her that i still love and her and that i respect her choice it's her body and she can do whatever she wants with it as long as she is happy but if i didn't like it i will her straight up that no i don't think she looks better after the surgery. Talk about taking one word and blowing it out of proportion. She’s young, self aware, and a little vulnerable. But crushes are super normal, as are wanting to care for someone and making up (silly unrealistic) scenarios in your head about a person. That is part and parcel of having a crush.
