Yeah, I’m bipolar and I take meds for anxiety. Not sure if my therapist is licensed for that. I’ll ask them today.
So far I’ve upped my meds a couple of times, gone to like a twenty session domestic abuse program (for emotional abuse, nothing else, not like that makes it better, just sayin ), changed my therapist, changed our couples therapist, and tried various mindfulness practices like meditating and journalling.

My group of friends are all ex college football meat head types, at least on first appearance. We are 30 ish and found out one of the guys was dating an 18 year old who was graduating high school.
