I absolutely would not recommend that you make a permanent commitment to someone who is not willing to make time in their schedule for their own mental health. She needs to show that she takes this seriously and is willing to put in the hard work of pursuing treatment before you should even consider a long-term future together.

As a bi woman who came out later in life, just before I met my male partner, and therefore never have slept with a woman myself, the type of attitude she has is so weird and off putting to me.
She wants to explore only by sleeping with a woman, not date or anything emotional, just sex. It reduced other women to props for sex, not people she could love and care for. It reduces being bi and loving women to only being about sex.
Her making sleeping with a woman into something othered that you should be ok with, because its not a man, is also off to me. She is making a distinction between her attraction to men and potential attraction to women. She accepts sleeping with other men as cheating, so what exactly makes sleeping with a woman different? If she has the capasity to love both men and women, why is sleeping with one of them cheating and the other not? Why is she only ok with you sleeping with a man, does she not look at sex between people of the same gender as something valid that holds value and intimacy?
What does she think she will achieve by sleeping with a woman? If she is bi she will be bi without sleeping with a woman. If she isnt then she isnt. If she is bi, why does she assume she can just sleep with a woman and not have any emotional connection, what if she falls for her? Will she accept it as cheating if that happens?
Have I wondered what it would be like to sleep with a woman? Sure, I'm curious of how it could be different and if it would feel different on an emotional level as well. I have no interest in sleep with anyone else as long as I am in a committed relationship with my partner regardless, and I would never dream of suggesting something like this to him. If I were to sleep with a woman and explore my sexuality I would have to be single, because I have the same capacity to fall in love with women as men, and I would need the room to be able to fall head over heels for her if that were to happen.
