3. Your feelings don't invalidate her feelings. It sounds like she's working through a lot. I get tired of people jumping to therapy, but that might be useful here. It will also help her understand your thoughts, and feelings are as important as hers. Hopefully, you two will find a balance where you can listen to each other, not just hear each other.

7. Its not about knowing her more, its about getting through life and feeling great losing the manic highs and depression that are out of control and running their life. Not a therapist or a doctor just had a family member that had this issue

10. Don't bring it up. Just make a chart and put it in the kitchen. Twice a week he takes out the garbage. Monday Wednesday and Friday he does the dishes. You cook Thu and Friday etc etc….just an example. Make the chart together. The problem is the more you ask the less he does.

11. Couples therapy when one partner is paranoid and over reacting while the other is simply doing their job is NOT extreme.
