you need to have an honest accounting with your wife when the kids are asleep or not in the room so they don't see/overhear it, and really lay out how you feel. You resent her (and I don't blame you), and it's not suddenly going to get fixed without you both agreeing to adjust the workload.
I was on the other end of this argument once, and once my wife sat me down and said how she felt, while it didn't feel great, the message was heard and now things are more even.
Now we both gripe at each other during our chores haha.
