1. It was in absolutely in no way your fault. Screaming, throwing things, and having a temper tantrum is a ridiculous and unhealthy response. I can be sympathetic to the loss of his grandpa and having a scare with his sister but that does not mean you get to lose your temper and scream/throw things. Once things have cooled down a bit, definitely sit him down and explain what your daughter said and why you can’t and won’t tolerate this behavior. If you can, get a couples therapist.

3. I get that feeling, those moments of insecurity. It does help if your partner is supporting. Sorry that happened to you OP. His reaction will now live rentfree in your brain… i know what that’s like. I’ve never been able to shake it off.

   Also i wanted to add this: your body is amazing. And it did an amazing job growing and nursing a child! Find love for yourself and your body! And if your partner can’t see that beauty, drop him! You deserve better ❤️
