For me, it went on for years and was terrible torture. I was miserable, exhausted, and crabby. I almost lost my job. And it turned out to be a litmus test for everything going forward, it was like a microcosm of how narcissistic he really was. He didn't fix his snoring because it didn't affect him. If I slept on the couch then he would accuse me of abandoning him, that his love language was touch, that he was starved for affection. He also turned out to be a cheater. And he tried to blame that on me, too, because I slept on the couch sometimes. Perhaps if you buy a house with this woman you'll somehow be luckier, but I doubt it.

If you’ve been together eleven years, I’d guess that you have a practice of open communication. In this case, I would just be transparent with her. Explain that this is your space and your craft, specifically on the retail end. Honestly as embarrassing as it might be for him. I would address it. See if it's something that you can work out. Ultimately, this is going to fall on you to see what it is you want. If him having a cross-dressing fetish, or even a pegging fetish turns you off, it might be time for a change.

It's okay to have preferences OP and if this “new” thing for him is what gets him there, you can be either supportive or hate it. What I wouldn't try to do is change him or get him to stop. Address it, don't wait. Talk about sex with your partner. If you have deep feelings for him, experiment with his fantasies. If it's not for you, it's not for you. Compromise. If he continues to steal, and turn you off with his fantasies, consider a break.
I never suggest breaking up over small things, but this isn't really small. If he feels comfortable enough to steal your clothing, he may be comfortable enough to steal other things. This may be a condition to this, that would be cause enough to end the relationship.

I've downloaded that book before at someone else's urging, and am currently reading through it. It's very informative and easy to read (it's not full of jargon).
