That's a big part of it, that part of him drives me nuts. It's pretty obvious that he insults men because he's insecure. I've tried to build up his self confidence too, I always tell him he looks nice, not the problem. He needs to focus on something else. Also just to be clear, this isn't once or twice, it's multiple times. We just got back from an all inclusive resort, and he did it there too.
My major issue though, is, he brought my attention to a female. Asked me to comment on her boobs. And then told me I was crazy when I freaked out that he had liked (therefore acknowledging) all of her half naked Instagram photos. I would have known she existed if he didn't bring her up to me.
I would ask who else was there and then go and delete all the photos. Ask wife what her motivation for doing this was? Also, ask if she signed anything so he can release/own these photos.
You need to speak to a therapist. It's possible that you are confusing the unresolved pain of losing a loved one up with a need to protect yourself from it ever happening again. This is a dead end path. You have a woman that loves you and will help you through it. Don't throw it away because you are scared of future pain. A therapist will help you address your father's loss. Imo, that's the real issue here.
Yes, we’re all extremely evil and all women do is lie. You should stay away from all of us forever just to be safe. We do this regularly, after all.
