There definitely has been I’d say over the last few weeks I’ve noticed her getting more aggressive (idk if that’s the word) over small miscommunications I guess you’d call them. I’m not trying to paint myself as an angel either when that stuff does happen I get annoyed and upset because of the things she’ll say to me and will say some stuff back but I’ve tried to stop and just think before saying things and focus on fixing issues instead of arguing. We’ve definitely been getting better with it though and in my eyes are becoming stronger and better at communicating with each other but maybe that’s something I should bring up when I talk to her about it today

I tried therapy. It didn't help. For my trauma that is. I am much better now by my own methods of dealing with it, but to this very day I have trouble opening up to anyone in person.
Never have I had any past exes run back to me like this. I would tell him the truth. It sounds like he IS curious on whatever is hanging on your mind.
