I've heard/read many stories on reddit and whenever a girl(because I never read/hear about a guy doing this) says that they need to “find themself”………it seemingly always results in them being in a relationship or hooking up with another guy super quick. . I hope your girl is a extremely rare exception, but her giving herself a window of time to “find herself” in a few months(as if she knows how long it would take) is concerning.
She's also, not surprisingly, gaslighting the situation that her not keeping up with her hobbies is because of her relationship with you. She's trying to put her individual issues partly on your shoulders. She could do her hobbies exactly the way she prefers, so if it's not getting done than that's strictly her issue, not the fault of your relationship.
I think you should really step back until you can look at this relationship objectively. It might take some time.
