I think you should go see her in person and sit down with her and bring up your concerns. “Hey gf I’ve noticed a change in your behavior lately and I want to make sure everything is okay, tell me what you need and I’ll do all I can to help, I’m here for you” Maybe she needs to see a different therapist

I have kids and I would do anything if I knew they would survive.
There is lots of therapists an counselors to help them with what they have to see.
But I would do that for the love of my life to.
I think the guilt of not doing what i could to prevent him from dying would make me a shadow of myself. And that would make me the worst mother and I think that would be worse for my kids to handle.
