I also find an ultimatum fair here. His bad hygiene does affect you in more than just a social way. If you have sex and he hasn‘t washed his penis/brushed his teeth/washed his hands recently he could very easily give you a vaginal infection. Moist, mucus-y membranes collect bacteria sooo easily if proper hygiene isn‘t maintained…it‘s really not something to play with, especially if your vagina is on the sensitive side. He may not like it but he‘s actively putting your health at risk by continuing this way, in addition to it just being gross.
