Wow. We need much more information here. How did your husband not know this? Why would your “friends” say this? How close were you to these people? How did they even know how many people you slept with? First off, I hope for your sake you mean EX friends. Well, either you lied about your past sexual partners or never discussed it with him. Or you cheated on him at some point (not saying you did, idk). Either way he didn’t know and was absolutely humiliated. You need to sit down and have a serious talk with him. I highly suggest couples counseling. In the future I would avoid telling people this information unless you trust them with you life.
I would honestly doubt he is gay, sounds like he has spent so much time being single he sees that has normal behavior. It also is easier since his friends seem to be single as well so he has that option.
