None of this is your fault or anything to feel bad about. Even if it had been a gift from an ex bf she STILL had no right to cut it off of you. She knew it was important to you and did not care. If she was that bothered about it, she should have discussed it more or taken a step back from the relationship. People that are safe to be around don’t dictate what you wear, modify your body, or cut things off of you while you sleep. They just don’t. Nothing about what she did was ok.
