At worst, you break up. At best, he quits liking her photos, but that doesn't change the way he thinks or feels. He may just hide it. So there is not really an upside to bringing it up.
However, I do see an upside to keeping it secret. You keep getting information from it, like you already have. That may be difficult to watch, but people tend to show us what they want us to see, and that isn't always the truth.
