2. Ask her what she wants. Ask her if she would like to talk about how she feels, needs a hug or just to leave her alone for a bit. Say it in a respectful way. Asking what she needs will show you are working to respect her boundaries and will show you care which will make her more comfortable with what happened. Do as requested and she’ll thank you later when her head is in a better space.

   Also if your mind isn’t the best right now maybe it’s better to have some space for yourself. Think about what you need to.
