  1. From personal experience, once you've seen someone blank out and get violent and you're the subject of that violence….it changes you. This is such a tough situation:( I'm trying to imagine what would help me, the only thing is probably both of you talking to a professional. She will need reassurance from an outside authority.

  2. That's not something we can decide for you. I would suggest getting some distance from him, try to relax by yourself a couple days and think about your options. It sounds messy and dramatic. Aborting is your choice, I will not touch on that subject though I completely support your decision in either outcomes, 100%. But also think about him and if this is what you want for yourself and your possible newborn.

  3. That’s fair. Would it change anything knowing that I’ve known them/been taking care of them for a year now?

  4. But you shouldn't have given it a chance after the first date. That's what is concerning so many people. A healthy adult looking for a relationship would have rejected this very clearly unstable man after the first date. But you didn't. You went back and had an even more concerning second date! Then a third cluster f*ck of a date. You also keep saying in your comments that it's the hair piece and the room mate that really put you off! Those are two things that are the least worrying! The booze and the forceful rapey behaviour seem of little issue to you. That is why people are getting frustrated at you. I really do recommend therapy or counseling for yourself. Learn to look out for these red flags. You can't change men like this so don't try and don't bother staying.
