2. True. I told my husband I loved him after 2 months because I did. But I also know the pass code to his phone and have never snooped through stuff. I only go through his stuff when he asks me to reply to whatever message just came in or to look at something he told me to look at.

   He's given me no reason not to trust him in all our years together, and I'm secure enough to trust in my gut that all is fine. I think that's the big thing. It was hard for me when we first met because I'd been cheated on a lot, but I worked through my insecurities instead of taking them out on him.

3. It has nothing to do with her being “decent”! She has different goals and there’s nothing wrong with that. She may also want to work part time too but can’t without a reduction in her ability to earn sufficiently. She wants to buy a home and build a future, all very reasonable goals. They simply aren’t compatible. Neither of them are wrong.

5. While this theoretically sounds like a good idea I think our immigration complexities would be a challenge.

   There is no debt (I am going to deep dive again to make sure I am 110% sure on the off chance he is hiding some account I do not know about).

   I am pushing him into therapy that is non negotiable at this point.
