A 26 year old should not need his mommy to help him find a doctor. You're not a kid anymore, you can look it up yourself. Your parents aren't magicians, they are simply doing what everyone else does. Calling around and asking questions. This isn't rocket science.

You're 26 years old, which is closer to 30 than 20. Your parents sound like nice people but honestly they are doing you zero favors by paying for your stuff 100% like this. It's fine to live at home, most young ppl do that since it saves them money and gives them opportunities to save for big purchases (home, car, college, etc). BUT that doesn't mean you can't be helping them out by paying for groceries, toiletries, cell phone bill, etc. You want to move in with your gf but you're going to be in for a rude awakening once you realize someone else is going to have to pay for all your crap, and it sure as hell won't be your GF.
I think your gf is worried because you don't seem to have any adult skills outside of working. If you want to have kids, get married, etc you NEED to grow up.
