I don't think its a red flag but than again that's something I would do so maybe it is and I just don't realize it. Personally for me I like to focus on 1 person at a time its easier for me, it doesn't mean that I'm “all in” after a first date or want to marry you right now or anything weird like that, but if there is initial good vibes I'd ideally want to see how things play out and go from there. If it doesn't work out than I'd reinstall the app and use it until I found someone else that seems like things could be promising. Like I said for me its just easier and honestly between chores (laundry, meal prep, cleaning etc.) work and my personal hobbies I don't have enough time to be dating around with multiple people all at once anyways.
I am not a type a person, except when it comes to poop. So for the rags I would wash them on hot separately with sheets that had been peed on (kids) and do a double rinse. The idea they were washed on cold with my clothes just grosses me out. I would have liked to wash them again on hot before I started folding all the clothes. It’s just more work for me.

No. This isn’t “ignoring your advice”. This is abuse. You owe your dog better than this. It relies on you for safety. You have options. The dog doesn’t.
Do her a favour and explain that you never really loved her (because when you love someone you'd do anything to help them) and that she deserves better than you (because she does).
