I mean there's an awful lot of potential red flags there. Your partner tells you they got very drunk, went solo to a co-workers room, kissed him (or got kissed) and you have no questions / concerns? Obviously it very much could be the truth – or could be the start of the 'trickle truth'. It would definitely be fair to have some concerns. Personally hiding it would be far far worse – really makes it look like you have something to hide.
It's gross you want children with your girlfriend because you like watching her with your friends baby but it sounds like you don't even help. Of course having kids is great when your partner is doing all the work.
