Maybe she was just totally embarrassed by her behaviour and not emotionally mature enough to face you so she just blocked you as that was easier.
Tbh if she’s the type to go out and get wrecked with her friends regularly then you’d have to put up with this regularly if you’d continued to see her so maybe it’s for the best.
