I think if more people abstained from marriage in their 20s, they’d likely find more meaningful relationships at 30+. Don’t waste your 20s in a relationship where you’re not learning about who you are and what you want to be (not professionally). I went from 21 to 35 in a marriage I had no business being in. I throughly enjoyed my single man time when I got divorced.
Without someone in my life who needs to keep a regular sleeping schedule, making sure I don't spend the whole day in bed, reminds me to eat and sleep, and doesn't want to see me drunk, I wouldn't be sticking to any kind of a sensible routines.
And this is an issue. What happens if your partner ever has to go to hospital for a few weeks? What if he finds a great job in a different area and you'll live apart for a while?
If I wasn't with him, I'd probably be on my way to being in a psych ward.
And that's unhealthy….
I was in your shoes OP. I left a 7 year emotionally abusive relationship, and within 3 months I was with someone else. Within 2 months of that and he told me I Love You. It hit me like a train. I thought long and hard if I truly felt the same to say it back. I was having fun, he made me happy, and I did think he was a wonderful man, but I had the nagging feeling of “I think I don't know how not to be in a relationship”.
You don't know it yet but you're going to have some severe problems that stem from that previous relationship that you have yet to properly heal from. It's extremely fast. You haven't really known each other that long to experience your demons (because just talking about them is very different) and you don't know how he'll really react. You'll have a sort of “PTSD” reaction to some things and you don't wanna be already moved in at 2 months if he reacts horribly.
Just calm down. Take it slow.

Unfortunately that would be tricky. She has some severe allergies to a lot of foods on top of being vegan so I am not even sure where we could get dinner. She pretty much only cooks. We grabbed lunch at I'm pretty sure the only place that she dines out at. I think it would be somewhat lame to go there again.
