Ok, so the other posters are just going to brush over the part where you admit you were controlling, insecure, you obsessively thought about her cheating, and seemed overly clingy & needy?

If you are that insecure, clingy & needy in a relationship that you become controlling, that’s a bad sign. Your insecurities are yours to deal with. Don’t inflict them on another person. And don’t be surprised when they walk away.
Your GF seems to have decided that she has had enough. So she walked away.
Just because you don’t think it was the right choice for you to break up, it doesn’t mean it was the wrong one. Break ups don’t require mutual consent. Focus on yourself. If it’s meant to be, it will happen.
Even if she actually is pregnant, if you don't want to be in a relationship with her you should break up with her regardless. You can still do right by the kid (if there is one) either way.
