I know this is hard to hear, but take the money you are saving for couples therapy and pay part of your rent. Save the beer and weed money and pay the rent. He needs to figure himself out before he can be any sort of partner to you. Keeping a roof over your head is more important than supporting his deadbeat lifestyle. Can you possibly find another roommate to help with bills? Talk to your landlord and see if you can work something out.
If you are telling the whole story, what you are describing could be hobbies/interests for women some of which are very “girly” and “feminine”.
