Yeah I have a DBT workbook and I worked on it a bit when we lived together it’s just difficult for me to continue with that sort of thing when I start to see myself get better because I convince myself that I was never sick in the first place and I don’t have to do the work anymore. I’ve found what’s worked best for me is medication but I fear negative long term side effects especially since I am prescribed anti psychotics.
