So your kid's a bully and you've done nothing. I'll just say this, at some point, someone is going to do what needs to be done and stand up to the bully. Don't you dare go to the school and be upset then, or allow your husband to be. If this was happening to my kid, I'd have having “words” with your husband in front of your kid.
I get it. But here's another question. Have you ever heard of the sunk cost fallacy? Don't keep investing in something just because you already invested in it before.
