I don't think I could get past this. He obviously knew this would upset you, or else he wouldn't have hid it. Even if he hasn't done anything and their relationship is totally platonic, he's spent the majority of your relationship lying to you.
Him having to think really really hard about if his ex was present at their weekly hang outs is so incredibly childish. That little act is also why I doubt he has any real remorse.

The right man won’t care about whether you’re a virgin or how many exes you have.
