For example, although you can't do anything about him feeling insecure about his lack of sexual experience, you certainly can do stuff about things like living a more youthful and exciting life together, such as going out clubbing more often or saving up to travel the world. Your BF won't feel so cloistered and settled down in a bad way if he feels like he is having a very exciting, fun and youthful life with the person he's chosen.

I thought it could be assumed from what I said, but I guess I should have clarified that she’s been saying she wanted to go back for years. They didn’t just give her away, she was saying for a long time that after she was done helping to raise my youngest brother, she would go back, essentially to live out her last days at home. Now they finally had the chance to take her there, but after a month, she wanted to come back to the US because it wasn’t what she thought it would be.
