First i gotta say i dont condon the emotional abuse, learning how to argue properly and without insults or withholding love is a very important thing that couples need to be able to do. Every couple argues, i can promise you that even in future relationships your gonna have arguements with your partner but being able to actually get past them and make whatever the issue was into something productive is how to resolve the problem, keeping calm. If that means removing yourself briefly to control your temper or taking a minute to think about what your gonna say thats fine, take your time, but insulting, yelling or withholding isnt gonna help you in the future. I know how this all ended isnt how you wanted it to and its truamatic for you but i can honestly say its gonna be for the best for both of you, for whatever reason you both brought out the worst in eachother, when in reality your suppose to bring out the best for you and your partner in a relationship. You both knew how to push eachother bottons and agrivate eachother and thats what you both were doing, atleast the last couple months of the relationship. Man its time to work past whatever happened and work towards better yourself and figure out how to argue productively. Whether thats with therapy or personal reading it is possible for you to grow from this as long as your willing.

We have been together for 3 years, known each other for 6, we started long distance, now we live together.
I have always had a very hard time with him watching porn, since to me it feels like cheating. It gives me physical pain, when I think about it. As soon as I'm not by his side, all I imagine is just him looking at girls jerking off.
