First, no I don't have any female friends. The ladies at college are like 18. It's actually really hard to make friends later in life. I do have a younger sister and her friends and we both still live with parents (working on that). So it's not like I don't know how to have convos with women. I have coworkers who are of the opposite sex as well. I just haven't had any meaningful or close contact or relationship with women in my life. So it sort of scares me.

I'm guessing your GF is the source of at least some of your anxiety. It's great that you're taking care of your mental health, but part of that means learning to surround yourself with healthy people. Your GF isn't healthy, not even close. I'd stick with the therapist and lose the crazy GF. She needs to realize that she needs to work on her own thought processes and emotions, not try to control you or your behavior. Until she gets that, she's only going to get worse.
