Respectfully, I think you’re missing my point. I already run marathons alone. I want to be able to share non-strenuous physical activities with her- simple things like taking a long walk. These were possible just a few years ago and now they aren’t. I’m grieving the loss of her abilities and the lifestyle we used to have.

Think about it this way, if your father later finds out about your mother cheating, yes it will hurt him. However, if he finds out that you knew and did not tell him, then it is a double betrayal and significantly worse. He would start to believe that you knew and were a part of it based on your hiding the information.
Gather the evidence that you can find and present it to your father. Let him make the decision to confront your mother. Do not talk to your mother about it before telling your father. If you confront her first, then it will give her time to make up a story, destroy evidence, and/or cover up her indiscretion. She can play it off as a friendship, if you do not have evidence. So take pictures of the what you saw to show your father.
