Sis, I think you REALLY need to rethink this second wedding and this relationship.
it is not normal in a 6 year relationship to never have sex.
It is not normal to treat your spouse with disdain like he treats you.
It is not normal to prioritize his best buddy and to move his best buddy into your home.
Instead of paying for a second wedding, I'd use that money for individual therapy to decide what you want to do here because this relationship is NOT healthy nor does it sound like it has longevity and consult with a divorce lawyer to find out the best way to separate assets.
