I'm an Ex-Muslim born in a Muslim majority country and was raised a Muslim. I can see what's what and what's not. My country is 'supposedly' the most progressive Muslim country yet such abuse was going on for decades, what culture are you talking about?
I'm not hating on the religion, I have problems with the way extremists try to impose their belief and lifestyle through either abuse, violence or/and bullying. And I say it again, THOSE. ARE. EXTREMISTS. I refuse to associate such people with good Muslims who have good faith. I even stated the word extremist in my comment, what did you not get about it?
I would like to hear how I can be a racist AH if I don't even know which 'culture' you think I am talking about? Or why am I a racist for standing up against the abuse of people through Islam?
If you think it has little to do with the extremists, then how come such horror happen so often so wide around the world. And before you say “it doesn't only happen in Muslim countries!” Yes it doesn't. Such scenarios are common in every religion except they are also the extremist people of those religions. I only talk about Muslims because that's what the other commenter asked.
