I am not sure about the toy part. No we had a normal childhood in my perspective. But like I said earlier in the comments my dad has BPD and is a narcissist so he kind of treat me better than him may be? I remember sometimes dad talking down at my brother but I always was there to lift him up and call out my dad and not to do that. May be that hurt him as a child. May be because of that he hates me?

thank you again so much, i’ll try to employ all of these! especially when it comes to accepting those emotions so they get released, i think i try to distract myself from them instead of actually addressing them, sometimes i distract myself so much that i almost completely forget about them but the next time i come across a trigger everything releases like a flood gate and it all rushes out at once.

Yes most guys do have a high sex drive. And the sex makes them feel great, attractive, loved , wanted, rewarding and masculine. In all honesty your ex actually handled it well and maturely, he never stepped out of the relationship to fulfill he sexual needs and didn’t even take advantage of the situation when he was breaking things off and you offered sex to him; other guys would have taken advantage of that, but he respectfully didn’t because he knows you don’t like the act.
