I don't like texting either, I do use my phone for social media but I will mostly be browsing art, and other than that I prefer to talk face to face.
And honestly it is ok to not text continuously. I'm there if my friends need me, but also comfortable to go a few days without texting. Usually my friends and I meet up during weekends anyhow.

It doesnt sound like you’re being ignored and it doesnt sound like anyone is treating you poorly. When i have old friends come to town from college or other experiences the focus is on them and my attention follows.
Typically my wife would say something like ‘ill let you two catch up’ and thats that. She doesn’t try to stick around and when she has friends or siblings come to town i do the same for her.
I dont need to participate in conversations or activities where my presence might make people feel like theyd need to cater to me being there or conversations cant be had as freely.

It’s not a red flag. Sex matters. He says you have been rejecting him for weeks. I would think you are carrying more of a red flag then him. How long should someone in a healthy relationship go without sex?
He can ejaculate during sex, he struggles to finish during the act of vaginal penetration unless it’s anus penetration. There is no worrying signs where he cannot ejaculate at all.
