i’m 29, and in march of this year something changed in my body. i used to be a really fun and happy drunk, loved to drink and go out, and all of a sudden (literally overnight) it changed and made me feel anxious, dizzy, and tired. our bodies change as we age. i’m now completely sober from alcohol (i still use weed and psychedelics occasionally, which i have a great time on and no problems with). honestly, not drinking rocks. sobriety has been my biggest blessing.
