Everyone grieves in their own way. Just know one thing it wasn't your fault…he was an addict…my ex also passed away last year…so I understand. I try not to remember the bad times. I light a candle for him on the holidays and his birthday coming up and I remember the good times. I sometimes remember a joke he told me and I laugh.
