Paternity tests should be mandatory, that way their is no chance of foul play and people raising other children from cheating. Not saying you cheated, but it is becoming more common that people cheat and then play the pregnancy off as their partners and having them raise a child that isnt theirs. I'm sure I'm wrong – with such little info I can't make a judgement. The question you really have to ask is, what do you hope the reason is? Do you want her to have a romantic interest in you? Do you have interest in her? If the answer to that is yes, you should talk to her. If you don't have an interest in having a relationship with her beyond what you have, then don't worry about it unless she pursues you or makes you uncomfortable
