It's not your secret to bust man. It is your friend to talk to earnestly. So speak your words to her. If she listens, and chooses her own path forward, because of her heart or whatever, be happy for your friend. If she is your friend you should be happy she is in love. Many people never fall all the way in love.
Just my opinion. Take it for a grain of salt and remember; You ain't nobody till somebody loves you and I love you whoever and wherever you are, so that's something.
I've been married for 2 years and there are days I want to throw the whole husband out, no one is going to get along 100% of the time, that's just unrealistic, even close family doesn't get along every day.

I was on Prozac for years because of PMDD. It didn’t lessen my libido or give me side effects. I had no suicidal thoughts at all. It took a couple of weeks to take effect and I did sleep more at first. The biggest problem was if I missed a dose or couldn’t fill my prescription right away, I would cry a lot. I’m older so when I started menopause and didn’t have menstral problems, I couldn’t stop the Prozac because I couldn’t stop crying. So I kept taking it for a while longer and finally just reduced my dosage, taking it every other day, then every third day until I was off it completely. But im glad I took it and it should help your girlfriend without any problems.

During my last job search — a six month process — I spent eight hours a day (M-F) focused on that task. When I wasn’t on that, I was doing house work, cooking, cleaning, washing, doing laundry and raising my kids just like when I was employed.
Your man thinks this is some kind of vacation. He needs to grow up a bit.
