I love his speech therapist and so does he, so he really enjoys just basically getting his “special playtime” twice a week. SLPs (and pediatric therapists of all stripes) provide such a valuable service, not just in what she does and how she works with him but by showing us how we can more effectively communicate with him to foster language development. It's important work for sure.
