If your husband loves you, he should reach out and try to make amends. And your father should try to make amends as well if he wants to stay in your life. Having said that, they both need to want this so they need to be mature enough to look pass their ego. But you also need to look pass your own ego as well, because you should not put yourself in harms way just because you miss them. If you turn around to say to that your father is unwilling to make amends in this situation then I really don't see why you would visit them at all.
