Lots of young people do weird things they grow out of. What they don’t do it deep focus on it to the point it makes them sick. Rather they think, ‘Meh that was weird. Kids are strange’ and move on. Find a therapist who specialises in OCD and can help you overcome your hyper focus. Your partner does not need to hear about this unless your therapist deems it helpful.
